Description:

Methscopolamine Bromide (Royalty) is a white or off-white, crystalline powder that is soluble in water. As a quaternary ammonium compound, it does not readily cross the blood-brain barrier, which minimizes central nervous system side effects. It is administered orally in tablet form and helps reduce gastric acid production and gastrointestinal motility, providing symptomatic relief in various GI disorders.
